Instructional Design: Design and implement engaging lessons in line with grade-level curriculum and state standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with the 7th-grade team to support interdisciplinary learning and holistic student well-being.
Data-Driven Practice: Utilize assessment data to differentiate instruction and meet the diverse needs of all learners.
