Responsibilities

• - Create and implement engaging lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• - Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
• - Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• - Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school staff regarding student performance and classroom activities.
• - Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
• - Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required.

Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
