• Use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction and communicate results to families.
• Develop and implement SMART learning objectives and long-term instructional plans.
• Collaborate with building administrator to support district-wide learning initiatives.
• Participate in professional development and PLC activities as assigned.
• Fulfill duties in accordance with Bethel's professional expectations and contracts.
