Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid Michigan teaching certificate with SPED endorsement preferred or Full-Year Basic Substitute Teacher Permit required or the ability to obtain one.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to plan instruction, analyze data, and implement interventions and enrichments for students
• Demonstrate ability to develop and foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff

Responsibilities

• Establish a positive learning environment with highly effective instruction and appropriate routines and procedures.
• Employ a variety of instructional techniques to ensure student academic growth
• Utilize technology to enhance and individualize instruction and stay current with changing trends
• Communicate student progress and concerns regularly with parents and colleagues
