Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar or like position.
• Graduate of an associate’s degree or higher in education, child development, human development, learning, behavioral management or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Provides intermediate human support and instruction to students in general or specialized subjects.
• Motivates students to develop skills and supports conduct, speech and attire as appropriate.
• Assists students with activities of daily living and health-related functions as needed; follows IEP guidance.
• Performs redirection and behavioral intervention under supervision of the Teacher.
