Job summary

The Cradle Company seeks a calm, patient nanny for a 7-month-old baby in Stockton, CA. The role focuses on loving, attentive baby care with light laundry, cooking, and some housekeeping as time allows. Schedule is approximately 30–35 hours per week, 3–4 days, with possible increases to 40 hours Jan–Apr and back to part-time May.

Vaccination requirements apply. The ideal candidate enjoys children, is dependable, and creates a safe, positive routine centered on the baby’s needs.

The family values a consistent but flexible routine centered on their baby’s needs, including meals, naps, playtime, and age-appropriate developmental activities. They prioritize reading, engaging play, and light household tasks when time allows.

Bonus if caregiver has some early childhood education.
