Qualifications

• Must be registered with EDUStaff, LLC.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students.
• Experience providing small-group or individualized instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with IEPs.
• Implement IEP goals, accommodations, modifications, and specially designed instruction.
• Provide reading, writing, and math instruction in small groups or resource settings.
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers to support students.
• Follow instructional plans, progress-monitoring systems, and ensure consistency for students.
• Collect and document student progress data and communicate concerns to the special education staff.
• Maintain documentation related to student services and IEP implementation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and student support meetings as appropriate.
• Build positive relationships with students and maintain a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with special education staff, general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
