Job summary

Totality Staffing & Consulting Services, LLC is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) to support our long-term care facility in Iowa. The role requires current Iowa RN or LPN licensure, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of geriatric care experience.

You will supervise and administer nursing care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high resident well-being. Starting compensation: LPN $39/hr, RN $49/hr, with potential to add up to $4/hr more for last-minute shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as an RN or LPN in Iowa.
• At least 1 year experience in long-term/geriatric care.
• CPR certification required.
• Not a debarred provider.

Staff Nurse Job Description RN: $51/hr. LPN: $41/hr.

Starting pay is $39 hourly for an LPN and $49 hourly for an RN with the opportunity to make $4 more an hour with picking up last minute shifts. We also offer a great referral bonus program with incentive opportunities. Totality Staffing offers weekly and daily pay options.

Job Summary

The Staff Nurse assists in the supervision and administration of quality nursing care for the facility. The Staff Nurse must possess a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing, theory and practice, including basic knowledge related to nursing such as drugs, biological, physical, social, and medical sciences and their application for a better understanding of resident-care problems. A good memory and excellent communication skills are required. The Staff Nurse will assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment which will be conducive to the best interest and welfare of the resident.
