Job summary

Totality Staffing & Consulting Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide personal care in a skilled facility, assisting residents with daily living activities and basic treatments under supervision.

Starting pay is $22/hour with the opportunity to earn up to $39/hour by taking last-minute shifts; referral bonuses and flexible pay options are available to hourly staff. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Complete a 75-hour Nurse Aide course is required.
• At least 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Must maintain certification without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene.
• Assist with bathroom needs and feeding; offer baths/showers as directed.
• Observe residents and report changes in physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Job Summary

Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing personal care and assistance in the facility. Nursing Assistants may be called upon to help residents with personal hygiene, including assistance with dressing, grooming, going to the bathroom, feeding and the giving of baths/showers. Nursing Assistants will be called upon to provide basic treatments as required at the direction of the nursing staff. This includes but is not limited to such things as taking vital signs. Nursing Assistants are responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions to the nursing staff. Excellent communication and team skills are needed.
