Job summary

Totality Staffing & Consulting Services, LLC is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate personal care in our facility. You will assist residents with daily activities, hygiene, grooming, dressing, and feeding while supporting basic medical tasks as directed by nurses.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential for delivering high-quality resident care. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, English literacy, a 75-hour Nurse Aide course, and at least 1 year of CNA

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• 75-hour Nurse Aide course required
• Must be able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents in the facility
• Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing and toileting for residents
• Assist with feeding and bathing/showers as needed
• Provide basic treatments as directed by nursing staff, including vital signs
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition to nursing staff
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork with the care team

Pay Rate: $22/Hr.-$39/Hr.

Starting pay is $22 hourly with the opportunity to make $4 more an hour with picking up last minute shifts.

Job Summary

Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing personal care and assistance in the facility. Nursing Assistants may be called upon to help residents with personal hygiene, including assistance with dressing, grooming, going to the bathroom, feeding and the giving of baths/showers. Nursing Assistants will be called upon to provide basic treatments as required at the direction of the nursing staff. This includes but is not limited to such things as taking vital signs. Nursing Assistants are responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions to the nursing staff. Excellent communication and team skills are needed.
