Qualifications
- Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
- Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.
- Ability to administer medications and follow resident care plans.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow physicians' orders per resident care plans.
- Monitor residents' health, document changes, and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care while ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
