Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.
• Ability to administer medications and follow resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow physicians' orders per resident care plans.
• Monitor residents' health, document changes, and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care while ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
