Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) to provide direct, person-centered care to residents at Jamestowne. You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.

The role offers full-time 36 hours/week with a $1000 sign-on bonus and every-third-weekend rotations, plus a part-time option with a $500 sign-on. A referral bonus program also supports earning opportunities.

Schedules

• Full Time (6:30 - 7:00), 36 hours per week with every third weekend rotation $1000 Sign On Bonus
• Part Time (6:30am - 7:00pm), 24 hours per week with every third weekend rotation $500 Sign On Bonus

Pay

Starting at $18.00/hour, based on date of state certification
