Job summary

Minnich’s Pharmacy in York, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team. The role supports pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications for LTC patients, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance. Training will be provided.

You will maintain patient and medication records, communicate with pharmacists and LTC staff, and assist in packaging and delivery, contributing to safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient and medication records in the pharmacy system.
• Communicate effectively with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and LTC facility staff.
• Assist in the preparation of medication packaging and delivery for LTC patients.
• Support quality assurance and safety initiatives within the pharmacy department.
