Job summary

Susquehanna Health & Wellness Center is seeking a Hospital/Clinical Liaison to coordinate the referral process for our skilled nursing facility in the York market. You will serve as the primary contact for referrals and collaborate with the Admissions Coordinator to drive admissions.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Marketing and 3–5 years in healthcare marketing/public relations, with strong communication and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
• 3–5 years' progressive experience in marketing or public relations in a health care setting.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to gain patient referrals by building relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Generate patient activity and deepen relationships with referral sources to grow revenue.
• Create and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Coordinate referral-to-admission process and support admission conversions.
• Represent the organization in community activities and serve as primary contact for referrals.
