Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract - full time position in East Greenwich, RI. The RN will deliver care in Long Term Care/Assisted Living settings, make clinical judgments with supervision, and coordinate patient care according to nursing standards.

Minimum requirements include an active RN license in the state, CPR if applicable, TB screening, health certificate, and being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire or chest X-ray as required.
• Must have a current health certificate as required by contract/regulations.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to patients in Long Term Care or Assisted Living facilities with clinical judgment and coordination of patient care.
• Assume accountability for nursing standards and patient care management.

The Long Term Care RN assumes responsibility andaccountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care and/orAssisted Living Facilities. The nursedemonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficientmanner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilitiesin the coordination of patient care.Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standardsand is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in themanagement of patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
