Job summary

DiningRD is seeking a Registered Dietitian for an Assisted Living Community. You will conduct quarterly onsite audits (5.5 hours per visit) covering food safety, sanitation, and dining observations while handling nutrition referrals for high‑risk residents.

You’ll collaborate with the clinical team to ensure residents’ nutritional needs are met, mentor dining staff, and contribute to policy development in a supportive LTC consulting role.

Qualifications

• CDR credentials and state licensure as required.
• 2 years consulting experience preferred; LTC experience helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly on-site audits of food safety and sanitation.
• Conduct meal/dining observations and nutrition referrals for high‑risk residents.
• Collaborate with clinical team to monitor residents’ nutritional needs.
• Provide nutrition education and guidance to dining managers and staff; support policy development.
