Job summary

Medipack Pharmacy is hiring a Full-Time Clinical Staff Pharmacist for our long-term care pharmacy in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a non-retail pharmacist opportunity with predictable 8-hour day shifts, minimal weekend coverage, and a collaborative pharmacy team.

Starting salary is $130,000–$140,000 with 15 days PTO. LTC workflow training is provided, and the role includes health, dental, and vision insurance plus a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina Pharmacist license (RPh or PharmD).
• Prior experience in retail, long-term care, or hospital pharmacy.
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders.
• Assess drug interactions, allergies, and duplications.
• Perform medication regimen reviews for new admissions.
• Communicate with providers and nursing staff.
• Supervise pharmacy technician workflow.
• Utilize SynMed automation.
• Support IV/compounding as needed.
