Job summary

Johnston Community School District SUMMIT - JOHNSTON, Iowa seeks a long-term 6th Grade Substitute Teacher for Summit Middle School. The anticipated assignment runs September 28 through November 5, 2026, with a daily substitute rate of 165 dollars, rising to 185 after 11 consecutive days and 235 after 21 consecutive days.

A $500 incentive is offered for substitutes who work 50+ days in a semester. Location: Summit Middle School.
