Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate: Elementary School Teacher in Grades K-6.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Familiarity with instructional technology (Google Classroom, Chromebooks, and interactive whiteboards).
• Successful completion of the Criminal History Review (fingerprinting) and employment verification required by NJ law.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons in ELA, Math, Health, and Social Studies aligned with NJ standards.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, structured, inclusive classroom culture.
• Differentiation: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learners (IEPs, 504s, ELL).
• Assessment & Reporting: Grade assignments, track progress, use data to inform instruction.
• Professional Collaboration: Participate in grade-level and faculty meetings and PD.
• Communication: Maintain open, professional communication with parents and administration regarding student well-being.
