You will provide comprehensive cardiac care, collaborate with referring physicians, and supervise staff while maintaining HIPAA and payer guidelines.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with active cardiology board certification or eligibility.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cardiac care as a key clinical provider.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions with evidence-based care.
• Create individualized treatment plans promoting long-term heart health.
• Communicate diagnoses, options, and preventive strategies to patients.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR and collaborate with care teams.
• Mentor trainees and ensure HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS compliance.
