Job summary

Kernel is seeking a highly technical, full-stack product thinker to own and lead product work from discovery to implementation. You will work directly with the founders and the engineering team in our London office, owning all stages from discovery to delivery for core product areas.

You will be data-driven, comfortable with evals, API/data pipelines, and a proactive, high-ownership mindset. This is a fast-paced startup role with strong AI tooling and rapid decision cycles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience with complex products.
• Comfortable with evals for agents and driving quality improvements.
• Technical IQ: comfortable with API, data pipelines, SQL.
• Extreme ownership: cradle-to-grave ownership of your area.
• Aggressive and proficient user of AI, with internal LLM awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own one of Kernel’s product areas end-to-end from discovery to implementation.
• Bridge the link between customers and engineering.
• Help shape the product roadmap and vision for Kernel.
• Collaborate directly with founders and the engineering team.
