Job summary

Cutter & Buck is seeking a Logo Coordinator to directly support our Seattle and Dallas Fulfillment Centers with the development and embellishment of logos on our garments. The role is hybrid, based in Renton, WA or Grand Prairie, TX, with onsite presence after an initial 90 days and commutable distance required.

You will work with Customer Service, Sales and Embroidery Operations to ensure the highest quality finished products, mastering logo color and production standards for corporate, college

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; higher education a plus but not required.
• Experience with Embroidery Production systems preferred.
• Two years of Customer Service in a high-paced environment.
• Knowledge of college and professional sports team colors and logos.
• Industry experience and/or experience with color and logos preferred.
• Fast-paced environment with access to all areas of the organization.
• Overtime may be required during seasonal periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the logo development process while meeting customer deadlines.
• Review art and translate it to embroidery or heat transfer logos; communicate with Digitizer.
• Produce samples for accuracy, quality and color.
• Obtain logo proof approvals from customers and licensing as required.
• Utilize Tracker Embroidery Production system to color orders for production.
• Prioritize workload daily and maintain clear communication with internal and external customers.
• Maintain documentation and work with multiple software applications (EDT, Wilcom, Tracker, SAP, MS Office).
• Assist team members as required.
