Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Hazleton, PA, seeks a Workflow Coordinator to manage inventory, inbound/outbound analysis, and SAP/EWM-driven distribution. The role involves coordinating daily workloads, optimizing freight flow, and providing SME support to the distribution center with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include yard management, audits, cross-functional communication, and adherence to SOPs while supporting the on-site leadership team.

Qualifications

Experience in Logistics Operations environment.
Experience with labor planning and assets (forklifts, etc.).
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (EWM) and SAP is preferred.
Experience training and mentoring peers.
Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations through SWOP/SAP EWM Warehouse Management System for inventory, IB/OB functions.
Utilize PINC/SWOP yard management to arrange trailer moves to and from the dock.
Perform periodic audits (PINC, BOL, ICC, Quality) and file BOLs at end of shift/day.
Communicate workload status clearly to team and leadership for daily objectives.
Resolve flow issues and address frontline questions to minimize downtime.
Compile daily workload and past-due carrier reports for outbound appointments.
Ensure procedures are followed by frontline staff and external sources.
