Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Hazleton, PA is seeking a Workflow Coordinator for Supply Chain Operations. The role focuses on inventory management, inbound/outbound analysis, and SME support in SAP processing.

You will lead workload distribution, optimize freight flow from picking to receiving, and collaborate with frontline teams and site leadership. The position requires basic English proficiency for directions and procedures, with hours from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics Operations environment preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (EWM) and SAP is preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience required

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily operations via SWOP/SAP EWM for inventory, IB and OB functions.
• Utilizing PINC/SWOP to arrange trailer moves and align doors for shipping/receiving.
• Perform periodic audits on PINC, BOL, ICC and Quality; file BOLs at shift end.
• Communicate daily workload status clearly to team and leaders.
• Resolve flow issues and minimize downtime for continuous facility operations.
• Compile daily workload and past-due carrier reports for outbound appointments.
