Responsibilities

• Maintain the Welcome Center attendant log of arrivals and departures.
• Check inbound and outbound seals on vehicles.
• Communicate issues to management promptly and clearly.
• Interact with drivers and visitors in a polite, professional manner.
• Follow SOPs for checking in and out freight.
• Monitor CCTV and report incidents; operate equipment if required.
