Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in warehouse or distribution setting.
• Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
• Proficient with SAP and Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and monitors distribution including staging, wave times and pick assignments for teammates; balance deadlines with product availability.
• Ensures proper order allocation by shipment ID or shipment line.
• Prepares trailer loading reports and organizes paperwork for loaders.
• Prioritizes inbound loads and notifies receivers as needed.
• Receives and reconciles paperwork for inbounds/outbounds and handles discrepancies.
• Checks for shorts to fill or special requests before closing trucks.
