Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Walnut, CA to lead shifts, ensure safe and efficient operations, and meet customer expectations. You will coach and develop teams while driving engagement and continuous improvement within the Supply Chain Solutions division.

The role requires 0–1 year of direct supervisory experience and 1+ year in warehousing or distribution. Schedule is Monday–Friday 6:00am–4:00pm with flexibility for coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities for optimal shift performance.
• Monitor site KPIs and drive safety, quality, and service.
