Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator I to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. The role emphasizes learning, initiative, and clear communication with colleagues, vendors, and international counterparts.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound deliveries, unloading freight, labeling and pulling inventory, operating a forklift, and ensuring accuracy and safety in all warehouse

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound delivery and receiving of shipments.
Unload freight trucks.
Retrieve pallets and stored products and equipment.
Label products and packages.
Pull and deliver inventory items.
Monitor the ticketing system for pick requests.
Operate forklift.
Enter shipping data using appropriate scales, computer systems, forms, and measurements.
Prepare and pack shipments according to shipping guidelines and customer requirements.
Conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely restocking and prevent stockouts.
Resolve discrepancies in shipments, inventory, or orders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Perform additional duties as required.
