Job summary

PennEngineering is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join the Haeger Team in Shelby Township, MI. You will work in a fast-paced environment handling incoming/outgoing shipping operations, preparing work orders, and performing cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure on-time delivery, maintain detailed logs, and support a safe, efficient warehouse workflow. This role offers opportunities for growth within the manufacturing and engineering environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE preferred).
• Inventory control practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Organize shipping, receiving, inventory, and materials areas.
• Pull on-time work orders and kits with 100% accuracy to BOM.
• Count inventory items and verify against shipping documents in JD Edwards.
• Coordinate with inventory team on RMAs and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure sales orders are pulled and packed to meet shipping deadlines.
• Operate hand tools to prepare machine crates for shipments.
• Track and update status of incoming/outgoing shipments.
