Job summary

CS Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Specialist to manage inbound/outbound processes at our U.S. module factory in Mesquite, TX. This on‑site role coordinates with sales, manufacturing, and vendors to ensure smooth material flow and inventory control.

The ideal candidate has at least four years in warehousing, a BA/BS, strong Excel/data analysis skills, and SAP experience to support daily operations and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on‑dock control tower for the direct shipment program.
• Coordinate with sales, manufacturing, and external vendors to ensure flow.
• Implement shipping programs from factory to warehouse or customers.
• Maintain analytics illustrating movement between sales and manufacturing.
• Support SAP transactions related to sales and transfer of goods.
• Collaborate with 4PL onsite personnel to maintain SOPs and troubleshoot.
• Coordinate direct shipping from factory to customers.
• Manage carrier communications, schedules, and on‑time arrival.
• Complete daily trailer program analysis and load verification.
• Inspect outbound shipments and resolve issues with the team.

Mesquite, Texas. Requires onsite presence five days a week in a busy factory and non‑temperature‑controlled warehouse environment.

Position Summary

The Logistics Warehouse Specialist will serve as the on‑site logistics representative for U.S. module factory operations, managing inbound and outbound processes, coordinating with sales, manufacturing, and external vendors, and ensuring efficient material flow and inventory control.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the on‑dock control tower for the direct shipment program.
• Identify opportunities to improve process flow between Canadian Solar (USA) Inc. and Canadian Solar U.S. Module Manufacturing, and support efficiencies in the transfer process.
• Implement shipping programs from the factory site to either the local warehouse or directly to customers.
• Maintain analytics to illustrate movement between sales and manufacturing.
• Support required logistics SAP transactions related to sales and transfer of goods.
• Work closely with 4PL onsite personnel and internal factory teams to maintain SOPs and troubleshoot logistics issues.
• Coordinate direct shipping from the factory to customers.
• Manage communications with outbound carriers, coordinate schedules, and assure on‑time arrival compliance.
• Collect outbound documents and verify accuracy prior to loading.
• Perform outbound security checks and vet drivers to ensure proper loads are assigned to legitimate carriers.
• Complete daily trailer program analysis, including load counts, trailer hires, driver usage, and status updates.
• Inspect outbound shipments for damage and work with the team to resolve issues.
• Work with the NA Logistics team to troubleshoot processing issues between production and sales.
• Support CTPAT policies and procedures.
• Perform physical inventories when required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum four years of warehouse or inventory‑related work experience.
• 4‑year BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Expertise in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable with long periods of standing, walking, and sitting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Highly flexible with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines consistently.
• Experience making on‑the‑spot decisions in a warehouse environment.
• Grit, resourcefulness, and resilience to thrive in unclear situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the solar industry and/or managing high‑volume inventory.
• Experience with analytical software such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, or similar.
• Warehousing experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $75,000–$95,000 per year (base salary only).
• Performance bonus package based on annual objective achievement.
