Job summary

Singer Equipment Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse functions including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping equipment with an emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include operating computer-based systems to receive and ship goods, picking equipment for delivery to construction sites, and adhering to safety regulations while collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of warehouse experience
• Strong communication, customer service, and organization skills
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply career fields is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Receiving & inspection of all deliveries
• Use computer/internet based system to accurately receive, inventory & ship equipment
• Communicate via email/teams/phone with other departments inside Singer Kittredge
• Responsible for accurately picking equipment from warehouse based on provided documentation and assembling/building correctly for delivery to construction sites
• Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations
• Operates warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks (forklift & pallet jack)
• Performs work under general supervision
• Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
