April Quest Ltd is seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to lead a team and own warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. The role involves ensuring smooth movement of goods across domestic and international markets, driving improvements and coordinating with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in logistics and strong knowledge of international shipping, plus ERP experience (Epicor/SAP).

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in logistics, shipping, receiving and warehouse management.
• Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs and import/export regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP or similar.
• Lithium-ion battery handling or dangerous goods shipping experience would be highly relevant.
• A proactive, organized and hands-on approach to leadership and problem-solving.
