Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Clerk to support the loading and documentation process for import/export shipments.

You will coordinate with shift management to position equipment, assemble documentation, and maintain accurate system records for efficient cross-dock operations. The role requires meticulous attention to paperwork, ability to operate WM9/TLS systems, and communication with the customer service center.

Qualifications

• Must be able to prepare and deliver production documents for freight movement.
• Experience using WM9 or TLS in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to verify paperwork complies with US Customs rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver production documents for shipment.
• Use WM9/TLS to process transactions for production and warehouse teams.
• Scan load packets into WM9/TLS and verify accuracy.
• Ensure freight is identified, documented, and communicated within the warehouse.
• Maintain system records and KPI data for clients.
