Job summary

Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc. in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator II to manage the positioning of import and export equipment, assist with loading and outbound trailer prep, and ensure proper documentation and system updates.

You will operate WM9 and TLS, prepare bills of lading and manifests, verify paperwork for US Customs, and maintain accurate records while collaborating closely with the warehouse team and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver production documents to move freight in the warehouse.
• Use WM9 / TLS to perform transactions for the warehouse team.
• Scan load packets into WM9 / TLS.
• Verify paperwork complies with US Customs rules.
• Ensure freight is properly handled, identified, and documented.
• Update system with current status of each load.
• Produce bills of lading, manifests and check sheets.
• Maintain hard copy files of paperwork related to sealed loads.
• Coordinate KPI reporting and communicate carrier concerns.
