Anthropic Limited's Warehouse and Logistics team builds the capabilities to scale the physical supply chain for our infrastructure footprint. The role blends tooling, process design, and partner execution to ensure on-time delivery and data integrity across global sites.

You’ll lead program management for tooling, collaborate with engineers and external partners, and drive efficiency in receiving, inventory, and outbound shipping while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods.
• Experience with domestic freight (LTL, FTL, and parcel).
• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems and data flows.
• Experience with Agile development and frontier AI tools.
• Willingness to travel to US warehouse and data center sites.

Responsabilidades

• Define the key requirements for new capabilities in collaboration with partner teams.
• Own the program management, selection and implementation of tools for warehouse, inventory, transport management, and their integration with internal and external tools.
• Enable expansion to new geographies with the right tools, processes, SOPs and data with warehouse managers.
• Conduct RFPs and drive tool selection and/or build aligned with business needs.
• Ensure vendor tools are integrated with Anthropic architecture and meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Test and drive adoption of new processes and tools with risk management.
• Develop/enhance reports on metrics like receiving cycle time, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, freight cost.
• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods.
• Hands-on with warehouse management and inventory systems; proficient with spreadsheets to analyze data.
• Manage third-party logistics providers or carriers and negotiate SLAs.
• Knowledge of domestic freight and related documentation.
• Familiarity with safety/regulatory requirements for shipping IT equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Build processes from scratch and scale operations as volume grows.
• Travel to warehouse and data center sites in the US as needed.
