Job summary
West Networks LLC in Gainesville, FL, is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Associate to keep the Gainesville warehouse running with precision. You will receive stock, prep devices, and ship 5 to 200 packages daily to support field teams and customers.
Responsibilities include pick/pack/shipping with a 3:00 PM cutoff, device prep, receiving, inventory control, RMA coordination, freight planning, and meticulous documentation. Safety and 5S are required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse and logistics experience in a fast-moving, multi-carrier environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Business Central, Odoo) or similar.
- Experience with shipping systems (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, USPS) and barcode scanners.
- Strong organization and accuracy; proven pick/accuracy and on-time ship KPIs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; forklift experience a plus.
- Microsoft 365 basics for labels and team communications.
- Background check required by company policy.
Responsibilities
- Pick/Pack/Ship at scale with a 3:00 PM daily cutoff.
- Device preparation and QA checks for deployments.
- Receiving and put-away with ERP reconciliation.
- Inventory control, cycle counts, and audit readiness.
- RMA logistics including serial capture and tracking.
- Freight coordination for LTL/FTL.
- Documentation and communication of orders and tracking.
- Maintain safety and 5S standards.
