Job summary

FAAC Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our TIBA Parking Systems division in Columbus, OH. This role supports daily warehouse operations and equipment logistics with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfortable using MS Office and warehouse systems. Forklift experience and SAP/NetSuite familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience in fast-paced environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Forklift experience.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (hot or cool).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP/NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently.
• Good at taking directions and executing assigned duties.
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
• Manage Freight through our TMS Platform (Palletize, Wrap/Strap, Pictures, and Ship).
• Load Freight / Unload Freight
• Manage Parcel orders through UPS WorldShip (Boxing, Bubble Wrapping, shipping and posting).
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean working environment with EOD cleaning.
• Commute to work / Travel (very infrequent).
• Perform inventory management and equipment tracking; proficiency with computer systems is required.
• Familiarity to SAP/NetSuite is a plus
