Job summary

TIBA Parking Systems in Columbus, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and equipment logistics. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who can follow directions and perform tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities include handling freight, packing, using TMS and UPS WorldShip, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Prior warehouse experience and forklift ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and team-oriented individual
• Experience in a warehouse setting
• Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel and lift
• Lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift from floor to overhead
• Ability to shrink-wrap pallets of completed orders
• Work in multi-temperature environments (hot or cool)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborate with team to meet operational goals
• Manage Freight through our TMS Platform (Palletize, Wrap/Strap, Pictures, and Ship)
• Load and unload Freight
• Manage Parcel orders through UPS WorldShip (Boxing, Bubble Wrapping, shipping)
• Keep the workspace clean and organized (End of Day cleaning)
• Occasional commute or travel may be required
• Perform inventory management and equipment tracking; proficient with computer systems
• Familiarity with SAP/NetSuite is a plus

The Warehouse Coordinator is a key support role responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the warehouse and equipment logistics. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently.

• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting
• Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to overhead.

• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
