Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst to support our client. The Mid-Level All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on client missions. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in areas like analysis, writing, and communication. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products that address critical mission needs, using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats.
• As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with writing FINTEL.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards

Compensation

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 to $120,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems’ total compensation package for employees.
