Qualifications

• Experience in transportation and/or logistics is advantageous.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Execute the transportation of products efficiently using tools and processes to meet service expectations.
• Collaborate with customer service, carriers, facilities, and deployment teams with professionalism in all interactions.
• Make independent decisions by weighing customer needs, facility requirements, and carrier capacity, escalating issues as needed.
• Support operational initiatives such as the Nestlé Operational Master Plan and Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Resolve conflicts and discrepancies professionally and promptly to ensure smooth operations.
