Job summary

• 1-3 years experience in lead, supervisor or management role (required).

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and conduct training and safety programs for associates and document processes to meet ISO and corporate requirements.
• Provide technical writing resources to ensure accurate work instructions are developed and maintained.
• Train associates on job functions and ensure training is documented.
• Incorporate regulatory and customer safety requirements into policies and training.
• Develop and conduct new-hire and refresher training to meet requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct job-specific training for associates.
• Direct writers of process documentation and provide coaching.
• Manage Site Safety Program including safety procedures and audits.
• Identify staffing needs and develop staff to meet training and documentation needs.
• Coordinate corporate training programs for site personnel.
• Document system processes in manuals and ensure document control standards.
