Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in California is seeking a Group Coord Lead to supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and train new employees. You will support cross-training, ensure accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, and report to the Supervisor daily on progress.

A 3+ year background in supply chain or warehouse leadership, plus forklift experience, is required. The role is a working-lead position, with opportunities to advance within a large global logistics organization.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or completion within first 30 days, preferred
• Experience in a leadership role within a warehouse environment is desirable

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff.
• Assign daily tasks and shift schedules to team members.
• Train new employees and support cross-training efforts.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of goods.
• Maintain legible records and monitor associate performance.
