Lineage Logistics Services seeks a warehouse coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, directing driver assignments and ensuring load check-in/check-out is recorded in the WMS. You will be the first contact for delivery drivers and coordinate documentation with warehouse and transportation teams.

The role requires basic math, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Physical tasks include lifting up to 20 lbs and working in cold or dry storage with PPE; weekend

Competenze

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Receive, count and log cash received by carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and key team members of pending, no shows and/or unscheduled arrivals.
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler.
