Job summary

Lineage Logistics Holdings, LLC in California is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to compile and maintain inbound/outbound shipment records. You will plan driver assignments, check-ins, and door allocations to ensure timely, accurate loading and unloading.

You will also verify product counts in the system, communicate with carriers about delays, and enter data into the WMS scheduler. A proactive approach and strong basic math and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in cold/hot storage environments with PPE.
• Lift a minimum of 20 lbs when required.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends when needed.
• Comfortable with various noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct driver’s assignments including check-ins, door assignments, and checkout.
• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• May receive, count and log cash from carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to finalize documents timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending or unscheduled arrivals.
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler.
