Job summary

S-2international LLC in McDonough, GA is seeking a Tracking Coordinator to maintain proactive load tracking, anticipate issues, and keep customers informed of delays or changes. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 12:00PM–8:00PM, with a focus on delivering reliable service in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

As a Tracking Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

• Tracking loads proactively.
• Trouble-shooting and anticipating shipment issues.
• Notifying customers of any delays or changes that will impact service
• Setting up appropriate tracking mechanisms to ensure visibility of each shipment
• Promptly responding to customer request for status information or changes
• Problem resolution to minimize impact to customer and company.

• High school diploma or equivalent, college education or similar work experience is a plus
