Job summary

Hunting Subsea Technologies in Stafford, TX, seeks a Logistics Technician to manage shipping, receiving, and dock inventory. You will input data into the ERP, ensure accurate part numbers and lot tracking, and coordinate both internal and external shipments to meet customer needs.

Applicants should have 2–3 years in logistics, be familiar with import/export docs, possess MS Office skills, and hold forklift certification. On-site work with possible overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, or international freight coordination
• Familiar with import/export documentation
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping with freight forwarders and customers, including outbound international shipments
• Schedule and track local shipments to meet customer deadlines
• Scan and file shipping documents and verify notification before shipping/invoicing
• Assist with loading shipments and handling outsource materials; forklift certification required
• Assist packaging and ensure final quality inspections of packaged products
