Job summary

Dow Chemical in Deer Park, TX is seeking a Logistics Technician to support safe, efficient movement of materials in a high-strength chemical facility. You will operate loading/unloading, SAP entries, and basic control systems while following EH&S and MPWP procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, valid US driver’s license, and at least 1 year of related experience; cross-training to laboratory duties may occur. Team-oriented, safety-focused professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Product loading of railcars, tank trucks, isotainers, and Flexitanks.
• Product unloading hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Product storage and related operations; hose switching and scale house operations.
• Enter Load In/Load Complete/Shipment Complete in SAP for all shipments.
• Perform maintenance and incident-related tasks as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and operate in accordance with EH&S and MPWP.
