Job summary

QPS Holdings, LLC is seeking a Logistics Technician (PRN) to support daily logistics operations. You will manage inventory, assemble study kits, and coordinate shipping to ensure materials arrive on schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, organization, and experience with Excel and inventory systems. This role requires reliability and the ability to work across multiple protocols and teams.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with ability to handle confidential information
• Experience in logistics, inventory management, laboratory support, or shipping/receiving preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications

Responsibilities

• Read and understand study protocols and laboratory manuals
• Maintain and update inventory records using Excel and inventory platforms
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering laboratory and operational supplies
• Assemble laboratory kits and study kits per protocol instructions
• Prepare, package, and ship study kits and materials in compliance with procedures and shipping regulations
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain shipping documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors via email on logistics activities
• Verify kit components and shipment contents before distribution
• Organize storage areas to ensure inventory accuracy
• Track lot numbers and expiration dates for reconciliation and study logistics
• Support study startup and ongoing study logistics as assigned
• Maintain records in accordance with regulatory requirements
