Job summary

Trex Company is seeking a Logistics Technician to help us meet production and quality goals. You will manage loading and shipping of finished goods via truck and rail, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure the organization and integrity of the finished goods yard and warehouse.

As a key member of our Operations team, you’ll unload inbound shipments, verify counts, pull and prepare product for shipment, operate forklifts safely, and participate in monthly inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification
• At least 2 years operating a forklift
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
• Proficient in reading and writing English

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and report variances
• Pull and prepare product for shipment and load/unload with forklift
• Perform picking duties to meet customer service standards
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with safety standards
• Participate in monthly inventory counts and logistics projects
